INCORRECT ADDRESS - If you or your end customer provide an address that is deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipping costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if applicable).

UNCLAIMED - Unclaimed shipments are returned to our facility and you will be responsible for the cost of a reshipment to you or your end customer (if applicable).

CUSTOMER RETURNED – It is best to advise your end customers to contact you before returning any products. You will be responsible for any reshipping costs.

Shipping costs to return your item are at your own expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over €75, it is recommended to use a tracked shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
