Any claim for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be filed within 30 days of receipt of the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be filed no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed to be an error on our part will be covered at our expense.

If you or your customers notice a problem with the products or any other aspect of the order, please submit a problem report. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of products are exempt from return. Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

The return address is set by default in the Alphagon installation. When we receive a returned shipment, an email notification will be sent to you automatically. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days. If you do not use the Alphagon facility as your return address, you will be responsible for any returned shipments you receive.

INCORRECT ADDRESS - If you or your end customer provide an address that is deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipping costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if applicable).

UNCLAIMED - Unclaimed shipments are returned to our facility and you will be responsible for the cost of a reshipment to you or your end customer (if applicable).

If you have not registered an account on alphagonsports.es and added a billing method, you hereby agree that any order returned due to an incorrect shipping address or failure to claim the shipment will not be available for reshipment and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).
Alphagon does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as, but not limited to, face masks, which are not eligible for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any orders returned with face masks will not be available for reshipment and will be discarded.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are given: (if applicable)
* Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that was opened.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
CUSTOMER RETURNED – It is best to advise your end customers to contact you before returning any products. Except for customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders due to buyer regret. Product returns, face masks, as well as size exchanges are offered at your expense and discretion. If you choose to accept returns or offer size exchanges to your end customers, you will need to place a new order at your own expense for a face mask or a product in another size. Customers who reside in Brazil and regret a purchase should contact our Customer Service and express their willingness to return the item within 7 consecutive days of receiving it, providing a photo of the item. The recall request will be subjected to an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even partially. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)If you still haven't received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially reflected.
Then, contact your bank. Processing time is often required before you can see a refund reflected.
If you have already done all of the above and have not yet received your refund, you can contact us by writing to tienda@alphagonsports.com.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Changes (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at tienda@alphagonsports.com and send your item to: Paseo de la Castellana 259C - 18a Planta, Madrid, 28046, Spain.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or if the giftgiver decided to have the order shipped to them and then given to you, we will send a refund to the giftgiver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping costs to return your item are at your own expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your product change may vary.

If you are shipping an item over €75, it is recommended to use a tracked shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive a return of your item.

NOTICE TO EU CONSUMERS: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods made to consumer specifications or clearly customized;

2. sealed goods that are unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene,

therefore, Alphagon reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
